In this role you will be working in the Information System (IS) department, supporting our employees with system administration, networks and business applications. In IS, you’ll connect and empower every aspect of our global organization through excellence in technology and services. This includes investing in growth-enabling solutions as well as systems that integrate our supply chain from procurement to manufacturing, and customer service to logistics. You’ll help Mondelēz International implement the right business capabilities, powered by better information.

Your main responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Administration of servers and workstations and user rights
  • Administration of storage systems, data backup and data recovery
  • Hardware, firmware and software maintenance
  • Network monitoring and configuration
  • First point-of-contract for users (first level support)
  • Contact person to suppliers for hardware and software applications
  • Creation and maintenance of system documentation


  • Experience in IT (FMCG / production environment will be considered as advantage)
  • Consolidated knowledge of networks and operating systems
  • Knowledge of virtualization software and-technologies
  • Flexibility, resilience as well as quality and cost awareness
  • High level of customer & service orientation
  • Excellent communication capability
  • Analytical thinking, independent working
  • Ability to work in a team
  • Fluency in English and German

Annual gross salary starting from EUR 46.080,00 (above collective labour agreement, based on full-time basis) according to skills and experience. As a multinational company we can offer you on top attractive social benefits.
