We’re currently looking for Maintenance Engineer
Location: Płońsk, Poland

Key responsibilities:
  • Respect Safety, GMP, Environment standards and procedures.
  • Deliver targeted production performance indicators. 
  • Supervise and admit of safety hight risk work.
  • Cooperate with external companies, coordinate and supervise external companies services in scope of: offering, orders, work supervision.
  • Manage the team of maintenance technicians ( 7-10 people).
  • Provide maintenance service to the mechanical park and coordinating necessary works including repairing and modernization.
  • Schedule preventive actions and repair works for the team.
  • Design and implement new technical solutions in order to optimize efficiency of machines and its maintenance costs.
  • Implement TPM and Lean Manufacturing programs (AM, PM, 5S, SMED, Kaizen, RCA, BDA).
  • Report, prepare analysis and optimization plans of maintenance costs on the assigned area.
  • Prepare budget for maintenance service and repairs on the assigned area and managing the budget. 
  • Support investment projects in implementation of new projects/products.
  • Plan spare parts stock limits and improving spare part stock and costs.
  • Participate in inspection and audits (internal, external).


  • At least 2 years engineering experience ideally within the food manufacturing industry, preferably as automation/mechanical/power engineer
  • Qualified engineer (mechanical, electro mechanical or automation engineer)
  • Experience in managing team of at least 5 people
  • Experience in project management
  • Practical knowledge of TPM, Lean Manufacturing, ISO and HACCP systems
  • Good knowledge of English (at least B2 level) and Polish
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, leadership talent and strong will to develop in the company’s structures
