A key leadership position that has arisen supporting RSSL and the Mondelez Global Science Centre (GSC) which will provide technical leadership in the area of Food Microstructure both with regard to understanding and application.

 

The successful candidate will be an expert in Food Microstructure with a leading understanding of methods and application with the leadership ability to develop this area for Mondelez; enhancing our techniques and establishing new strategic initiatives that support our wider business objectives.

 

This position will be based primarily at the Reading site however, it is expected that the job holder may be required to travel either within the UK and overseas. This role is a key contributor for cross-category MDLZ R&D technical leadership in the area of microstructural understanding and application across all categories. This role will also support the financial, operational and analytical delivery of projects for external clients through the RSSL business.

 

RSSL provides a range of investigative, analytical, research and consultancy services to both MDLZ and the food and pharmaceutical industries. You will contribute to this by providing expert technical guidance in support of the Microscopy laboratory and fulfilling RSSL/GSC’s business objectives. You will identify and evaluate new technologies to drive new / improved service offerings & provide world class scientific consultancy to support both Mondelez & the external business
