Job Description
1. Lead all rewards activities for the supported countries while partnering with business to drive the AMEA Growth Agenda
2. Lead rewards strategy for AMEA RD&Q function in close partnership with function HRBL.
3. Defines rewards strategy together with business and applies the same in rewards processes like e.g. range setting
4. Analyze and evaluate internal data about the organization's current employee population and future HR needs along with external market data to develop salary budgets and forecasts
5. Conduct enablement sessions to different target groups (eg. HR and Manager) to understand MDLZ Rewards principles and application
6. Ensure competitiveness by reviewing relevant market data and designing winning total rewards packages
7. Researches and introduces Rewards developments based on Rewards market trends and Local legislation
8. Leads and partners with HR Solutions/MBS/WFA teams to ensure a seamless execution of rewards program changes
9. Provides technical analysis and expertize on rewards programs e.g.:  Position Evaluations, Incentive Programs (Annual, Sales, Manufacturing), Equity Program, Benefit Program, etc.
10. Create SB I+  offers and approves package exceptions for all levels according to RACI
11. Works with vendors to ensure availability of market data as needed
12. All other duties as required

Qualifications
1. Strong Rewards background
2. Multi Country and function HR experience
3. Ability to manage multiple and diverse stakeholders
4. 5-7 general HR experience in large multinational companies required
5. Bachelor Degree in business administration needed, MBA preferred
