Meeting Sales Targets:
Ø To achieve volume & value sales of products across categories, geographies & Retail Environments.
Ensuring Distribution & Visibility:
Ø To ensure distribution across accounts & formats.
Ø To ensure proper visibility of products across accounts as per Terms & Conditions.
Maintaining Commercial Hygiene
Ø To coordinate commercial activities, ensure timely collection of invoice payments & claims.
Ø Maintaining a track of all launch claims by account.
RD and/ or Account Management
Ø To align & drive the RD system towards targeted Goals & Objectives as aligned with the company.
Ø To ensure timely RD uploads on Company software.
Ø To ensure timely activity download & promo execution at account level.
Ø To align the account with company’s role & growth prospects in the category.
Ø To manage and ensure training and development of his team of Re- Distributor Salesmen, Merchandisers & Pilot Salesman.
Ø To manage Re- Distributor Salesmen for efficient delivery & ensure regular upgradation of Re- Distributor Salesmen.
Ø To work closely with & monitor working of Purple Force.
Ø To ensure maximum incentive earnings for RDSM & Pilot team.
Depot & Stock DC Handling
Ø To manage inventories, FIFO, stock levels & Inventory Health Index as per company norms
Ø To liaise with MDM/ MDE & Commercial department to ensure timely action in the event of damaged stock.
Ø To provide market intelligence, monitor competitor activities and awareness on the competitor’s strengths and weakness.
Ø To participate in product launches and promotional activities.
Ø To maintain and leverage strong relationships with Accounts.
Min. Qualifications : Graduate
Experience : 0 to 5 years, FMCG background, preferable experience in Traditional Trade.
Age : 22 to 28 years
