Job Description
Position Purpose Statement
Consult to sales team and Mdlz leadership team to track sales performance with KPI’s, scorecards, dashboards, automated reporting, add-hoc reporting. Provide row based detailed information to deep dive for each KPI’s. Monitor sales efficiency and results to reach total growth agenda
Close working with perfect store and right store team to build the reports.
  • Owns sales KPI tracking and report building processes and automate them by collaborating 3rd parties
  • Accountable regional & global sales KPI sharing on-time without any error
  • Track distributor and mdlz P&L with less GTN & gasoline spends in all regions by region level
  • Consult to regional managers to handle complex reporting, analysing & KPI tracking processes in all regions
  • Accountable to define better reporting solutions like Voltran, SAFIR, Wise reporting etc. and some tools coming from 3rd parties
  • Analysis, monitoring and calculation of sales rep performance in terms of SIP KPI’s
  • Track and report sales spv’s coaching results to define training need in each region and steps of a call
  • Track and report sales spv’s calendar results to create working discipline parallel with company standarts
  • Implement store visits to gather and check the information necessary for store classification etc to track the sales KPI’s on the field
  • Analyse pilot of alternative distribution systems (vanselling, preselling, cost plus models, sub-distribution model, direct delivery model) by collaborating with channel managers
  • Analyse of sales split of the categories or channels (Chocolate Focus vans, Other Supermarket Vans, School vans, freelance sales reps. etc.)
  • Contribute to deliver 160MM USD NR target (total NR of the company)
  • Report the all the results and team performance with the perfect store auditing system
  • Integrate the systems to create one-pager reports by feeding from different systems like Panorama, Mapinfo, Mobile Touch, PS Audit, Territory Planner etc.
  • Continuously developing sales reporting to reach the best solutions which is cover all the global KPI management and reporting program requirements
  • Consult to perfect store & Mdlz Leadership team to define (MSL) must selling sku’s with advanced and complicated sales analysis, field observations, KPI performance results by collaborating Perfect Store & Activation and Category Planning teams

  • Holding Bachelor’s Degree (B.A.)
  • Having an advanced knowledge of Field SFA System (Sales Force Automation)
  • Having an advanced knowledge of Database Management / Data Mining / Big Data Management
  • (SQL, Access, Oracle etc.)
  • 2+ years FMCG sales experience including commercial business and customer execution experience.
  • Min Upper Intermediate in English (both verbally and written)
