Job Description
  • Manage processes in warehouse in line with defined efficiency targets complied to quality and safety.
  • Organize safe and efficient daily operation for FG and Raw& Pack materials:
  1. High level storage, loading/unloading and supply to/from production and all related to above activities for all clients (internal and external)
  2. Products are protected and traced from perspective of quality, FEFO, shelf-life, compliance etc.
  3. All warehouse equipment/automation is properly used, maintained and repaired to eliminate losses.
3PL services due to financial and operations reasons for particular processes (picking, co-packing, etc.) and as back-up or seasonal options

Knowledge including: education, qualifications and training
  • In-depth Knowledge of complete warehouse operating processes;
  • Knowledge of technological processes and modes of production;
  • Strong understanding on the requirements of production and warehouse customers
  • Knowledge of the rules of labour law and warehouse safety;
  • Knowledge of warehouse design and flows;
  • Knowledge on warehouse management system (SAP WMS) and equipment systems (MHE’s and its connected PLC’s);
  • Technical knowledge of warehouse equipment (both automated and manual);
  • Knowledge of hygiene and sanitation, fire protection regulations.
  • Previous experience in FMCG environment.
  • Knowledge of methods of effective communication at all levels of the organization.
Japanese and English mandatory.

  • Good knowledge of the Industry and Industrial engineering
  • Broad experience in planning activities, WH and transportation processes
Knowledge of the Company Product and Materials

  • At least 8-10 years of experience in logistics department, including direct management of warehouse processes.
  • Hands-on experience in managing different MHE’s / racking systems in a fully automated warehouse environment.
  • Experience in in-house plant and distribution warehouse.
  • Experience in managing large warehouse team.
  • Experience in warehouse budgeting and management;
  • Experience in optimization of warehouse processes;
  • Experience in SAP system;
An experienced computer user with advance knowledge in MS Office programs.
