Mondelez International is looking for:MBSC Payroll Sr Analyst_Payroll Processing



The MBSC Payroll Sr. Analyst for payroll processing is accountable for the effective and efficient delivery of payroll ensuring timely and accurate processing, compliance, standard payroll processes for the complex North America (US & Canada) payroll for approximately 22,000 employees with various, and separate union agreements.




  • Payroll Expertise & Knowledge
  • Maintain an up to date knowledge of North America payroll processes and regulations to ensure accuracy & compliance, and stay abreast of changes required
  • Subject Matter Expert-Payroll Operations
  • Senior role includes team support, resolution of complex issues, providing guidance to junior members on standards and approaches, planning, and assists Payroll Lead in overseeing the end to end payroll processing.
  • Payroll Processes
  • Ensures timely and accurate processing of all weekly, bi-weekly and monthly payrolls. Performs other payroll related functions, provides supports to any type of reconciliation and compliance and assists in resolving payroll issues related to but not limited to Stop Payments, ACH rejects and reversals. Pull or create new reports to support inquiries, compliance, audit, or other areas as needed

  • Controls & Compliance
  • Ensures payroll is run in line with internal and external controls requirements.
  • Internal Relationship within MBSC
  • Foster strong relationship with payroll colleagues to ensure agreed processes and services are delivered in line with agreed service levels, customer service and key performance indicators




The Success Candidate Will be:




Academic Knowledge:



  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Business/Finance
  • Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) or its equivalent




Working Knowledge:



  • Minimum of 3 years payroll experience as part of the 4 years related work experience (if CPP or FCP).
  • Experience in a complex payroll environment
  • Experience with outsourced payroll delivery including vendor management
  • Experience with US & Canada payroll
  • Union payroll experience
  • Experience in managing corporate audits
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Access, Word, SAP & payroll applications (Ultipro System)






  • Strong analytical and problem solving skill.s
