Job Description
  • Lead a dynamic team to spearhead the new marketing mix, new product development, develop a launch plan and implement great execution to ensure a successful brand launch.
  • Manage and work closely with all cross function included media and brand agency to make sure NPD, advertising and promotion are implemented successfully to drive brand growth.
  • Handle research activities through the close coordination with marketing insight team.
  • Develop marketing budget and activity plan of the assigned brand; monitor expenditures; allocate budget; analyze effectiveness of each activity.

  • Master's Degree in Marketing or related field
  • Good academic background
  • Good command of English
  • 2-3 years of comprehensive experience in brand management in international FMCG company
  • Experience in food industry is an advantage
  • Demonstrate strategic leadership, teamwork and influence skills
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
  • Well organized with good analytical
  • Positive Attitude, Fast learner, self-motivated, good team player, able to adapt to change and looking for a challenge that offers excellent opportunities for advancement
