Mondelez International is looking for: Business Unit Controller

Responsible for providing financial and strategic support for the supply chain in an end to end process, always seeking to deliver the best conversion and fixed cost of the network; ensuring compliance with SOX, and operational controls affecting P&L

Main Responsibilities

1.- Lead all the activities required for getting financial reliable and useful information for the supply chain and whole site
2.- Active participation in the AC or any other initiative process making; providing useful data to set  and track realistic and achievable goals complying with the financial objectives desired
3.- Measurement and push for improve all the cost components involved directly with conversion within manufacturing operations in order to comply and exceed the desired targets (Raw and Pack, OVC, DVL)
4.- Fluent formal and informal communication platforms with all the supply chain team, discussing and delivering raw data for focused process improvement discussions
5.- Creation and development from standard operation metrics and reports encouraging the decision making process easier and better prepared for quick turnarounds
6.- Design of duties and responsabilites of a high performace manufacturing team ensuring the financial indicators are achieved and self mantained
7.- Leadership in contingency process activities implementation and coordination from the areas participating on the data input
8.- Support on measurement, validation and tracking on plant productivities troughout projects and kaizen ideas designed to achieve the financial commited results
9.- All other duties as required


Academic Knowledge
  • University Degree in Administration, Accounting, Economy or Engineering
Working Knowledge
  • Minimum 5 years experience in manufacturing environment and/or financial areas
  • Ability to manage multiple and diverse stakeholders within the organization
  • English language fluent
  • Communication skills
  • Budget definition and management
