Mondelez International is looking for: Sales Representative

 

Description

 

Negotiate and implement the organization's sales strategy with alls the customers (MT & TT customers) so that its outcome drives upsize in sales market position.

 

Responsibilities

 

Negotiating and coordinating: Implement Sales Strategy with the customers, as well as special events developed with Category Planning.

 

Planning and development of plans with customers, ensuring: sales, volume, coverage, profitability and POB execution

 

IBP forecast of products and its accuracy

 

Leadership cross organization

 

Analyze SO & SI information (MT & TT), that generates action plans that allow growth in sales and market share with all their customers.


Qualifications

Academic Knowledge

 

Ing. Comercial

 

Working Knowledge

 

1. Strong Sales background

2. Sales or Trade Marketing experience (3-5 years) (Food&Retails industries)

3. Ability to manage multiple and diverse stakeholders cross the company

4. Experience in negotation with Chilean Customers (Ideal, TT distributors & whs)
