Main Responsibilities: 

  • Responsible for all administrative tasks from setting up new vacancies in Taleo to offer processing and induction day of new-hire 
  • Schedules interviews with internal and external talent
  • Provides offer/contract documentation for new hire and triggers background checks, if applicable
  • Leads all onboarding activities for new hires
  • Collaborates closely with various stakeholders within the business
  • Responsible for completeness of all documentation in recruitment
  • Prioritizes daily tasks according to fast changing requirements of the business
  • Supports Talent Acquisition Specialist in CV reviewing, initial candidate search and any external recruitment events and activities

Qualifications
Required:
  • University Degree
  • Experience in administration and coordination within HR/Recruitment, Logistics or Customer Service
  • Experience working in international environment
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Strong customer service focus
  • Strong ability to prioritize and multitask 
  • Fluent Polish and English language
Preferred:
  • First experience in reviewing CVs, initial candidate search, organizing assessment centers and branding events etc.
  • Experience in using an Applicant Tracking System (e.g. Taleo Oracle) or similar
We offer a Fixed Term Contract of 2 years.
