Trade Manager

Enjoy Life Foods is currently looking for a Trade Manager that will be responsible for supporting the sales department in the areas of sales trade management. Position is responsible for managing, maintaining, and entry of all trade expenses for the company into a third-party trade promotion management software system (TPM). The trade manager will also coordinate with finance counterparts in the reconciliation of the company’s trade expenses.  Additionally, the position will provide retrieval and dissemination of sales & related reports,maintaining of customer and other business files, and provides both analytical and administrative support to the VP of Sales, Senior Region Manager, and Regional Sales Managers.

The Primary responsibilities of the role include:

-Participate in the development, analysis and reporting of a new TPM tool..
-Enter, manage, and maintain all trade spending and sales promotions within TPM too.   Sync distributor UNFI’s Clearvue data into TPM monthly.
-Enter pricing and promotion programs into trade management tool to insure pricing matches customer purchase orders.
-Deliver analytics and sales reporting, to senior management, sales team, and finance.
-Provides analysis and interpretation of sales reports and information to the Senior Region manager.
-Develop Sales Budget/Forecasts at Customer and/or Region level.
-Develop Ad Hoc Business reports for various Departments (Sales & Finance)
-Streamline sales reporting in order to provide efficient and valuable reports
-Manage and update pricing, new items, new distribution, disco’d items, inside TPM tool.
-Maintains ASM budgets, tracking and communicating with sales group and marketing.
-Maintains deduction management process, working directly with finance and sales group to clear deductions.
-Train the sales team on how best to utilize the TPM system for actionable support
-Updates & maintains Off Invoice (OI, BB, scan) resolution database
-Act as point person in managing monthly distributor volume and spending reports, including UNFI deductions through Clearvue system.
-Assist in developing account specific volume, trade reports and ROI analysis.
-Maintain and manage national trade promotion calendar.


Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting or related field; or equivalent experience
2-5 years of CPG and Data Analytics experience.
-Demonstrated fundamental knowledge of the technology requirements to operate and maintain trade   promotion systems.
-Strong analytical skills and critical thinking skills with attention to details.
-Ability to communicate effectively verbally and electronically.
-Ability to accurately enter detailed information into an organized database system.
-Problem solving and conflict resolution skills.
-Ability to work within a team environment, and a proven ability to partner across various business disciplines.
-Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
-Proficient computer skills – i.e., Excel, Word, Access, and PowerPoint.
Experience with pivot tables and 
macros a plus.
