Describe the broad function and scope of the position:

The Service Delivery Engineer Access Management defines and implements operational processes for Mondelēz International in order to deliver consistent, efficient single sign-on and remote access services to the company.  The role leads end-to-end delivery and operational excellence of internal single sign-on, federated authentication services, Citrix, and endpoint VPN technologies; manages and governs outsourced IT providers to ensure performance to SLAs; and monitors and enforces appropriate controls to ensure security and operational stability of access management technologies and services.

Describe the primary responsibilities of the position in order of importance and identify % of time spent on that responsibility:

Define, implement, and monitor ongoing operational excellence improvement activities

Ensure ongoing efficiency and effectiveness of supplier-provided services through governance of outsourced operations of all access management related services

Enforce operational controls and security controls to ensure that access management services are properly managed to maximize operational effectiveness and minimize risk.

Provide appropriate visibility and accountability to management by producing periodic metrics and reports that measure the performance of access management technologies and services

Internal and external contacts:
Immediate team members, based around the world, to align deliverables and activities to strategic and tactical needs across the Collaboration Infrastructure team
Architecture and Delivery teams to provide input to future state needs and priorities, and to align operational activities to strategic targets
IT outsourcing partners to lead, drive, and manage support and operational activities
Information Systems leaders to understand strategy, set priorities, and establish key performance metrics

Functional Work Experience
Work with IT outsourcing providers using frameworks such as ITIL
Work with Directory and access management technologies and products, such as Microsoft Active Directory, SiteMinder, PingFederate, Cisco AnyConnect, and Citrix 


These are key observable/measurable skills, knowledge and behaviors required that contribute to successful performance in the position. (e.g., drive for results, customer focus, etc.).

Worked in global IT function with regional or global responsibilities in similar environment like MDLZ
Strong knowledge of Identity and access management technologies and related tools, including Active Directory, SiteMinder, PingFederate
In depth understanding of federation Services
Working knowledge on SSO integration with O365, Enterprise and Mobile SSO       
Understanding of Protocols such as OAUTH, OpenID Connect, JSON, REST, SOAP, XACML
Must to have scripting knowledge such as Powershell
ITIL operational experience, certification preferred
Strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills
Ability to work flexible hours to accommodate meetings in other time zones
Ability to balance multiple workloads and independently manage time effectively across several activities
