Mondelez International is looking for: Senior Project Change Manager Analyst


Coordinate the multi functional team to deliver projects on TIME, on BUDGET and within SCOPE, helping categoy to reach revenue, volume, growth and productivity targets. The PCM actively manages the timeline for the projects while identifying risks & contingency plans to stay on track. He/She works to identify opportunities through speed enablers to execute projects faster and guarantees communication to keep everyone linked throughout the project.

Main Responsibilities

1. Lead multifunctional team through all 4 I2M process phases to garantee projects are delivered on Tine, Budget and scope, helping category deliver its 4:2:1 plan.
2. Ensure that suitable risk assessment and contingency plans (for relevant projects) are build, agreed and communicated.
3. Ensures all IIM approvals are done timely.
4. Organize all projects and documents to be issued on time to MOR (project approval) meetings and Portfolio Management Reviews (PMR).
5. Maintain effective communication with all stakeholders/functions during projects development.
6. Supports product supply in managing phase in / phase out of innovations in order to avoid materials and finish goods write-offs.
7. Challenges Harmonization and Simplification during projects development.

Academic Knowledge

• University education in Engineering or Business Administration (other master degree can be analysed)

Working Knowledge 

• Desired knowlegde in project management
• Desired knowlegde in managing people – cross-functional and remote teams
• Fundamental know how is I2M process.
• Advanced level of English / At least intermediate level of Spanish 
• Advanced level of knowlegde of MS Project, Excel, Word and Power Point
