Job Description
-Assure timely production supply with raw materials on base of MRP analysis;
-Administrate frame contracts for raw materials supply and assess suppliers in terms of logistics and contract terms observance;
-Inform plant planners and manager on a weekly basis about raw availability for the production plan for next week;
-Take part in process of contracts’ conclusion together with Procurement department in order to negotiate best logistics/inventory conditions from the suppliers;
-Create and administrate contracts for raw materials supply according to the received BCs from regional procurement;
-Inform procurement about stock, planned demand and coverages of the given raw and pack materials;
-Responsible for proper and timely handling of documents necessary for import of ordered materials;
-Handle documents in accordance with legislation and Procurement Policy requirements and control the suppliers follow the same requirements;
-Responsible for ageing and blocked due to quality reasons raw/pack materials proper handling;
-Responsible for following Ukrainian legislation and Mondelez Ukraina’s policy requirements;
-Realize the checking of system functioning of Mondelez management in order to set up the correspondence of international standards requirements of ISO 9001:2000 and ISO 14001:2004 by holding internal process audits in accordance with ПЯ-8.2-01 "Internal audits of Mondelez management system»;
-Responsible for tracking of open orders for raw/packaging materials;
-Prepare, enter data and analyse reports weekly/daily: Ageing weekly, Weekly/Daily Critic items, Order to place weekly, Blocked weekly, Delayed_ord_weekly, regular and one-time reporting on regional/management request;     
-Ensure optimal inventory level for material groups in direct responsibility, regularly (weekly, monthly, quarterly, yearly) analyze inventory level and supply risk to suggest improvements (Kaizen);
-Know and adhere to ethical and legal obligations required by the position, take into account any non-compliance with these obligations, apply the principle of “integrity” to all aspects of professional (business) conduct;
-Achieve annual Goals set and approved by direct manager in annual VLPD forms.

-Higher education, preferably in economics;
-Well-developed computer skills;
-Good negotiations and communication skills;
-Knowledge of labour safety;
-SSE and safe practice, fire safety;
-Need to follow requirements of GMP, HACCP, ISO-9001, ISO-14001, SS&E, OHSAS 18001:2007;
-Work experience in material sourcing or sales is a plus; 
-Good command in English;
