Role overview

To enable the flawless on-time execution of category activities and perfect processing of key interfaces. Administrative support to Category Activation Managers and POB Specialists.

Main Responsibilities

  • Administrative support of all in-store activities for all categories based on montly focus.
  • Active co-operation with POB Specialists on data preparation, validation and accuracy.
  • Regular administration tasks coming from Category Activation Managers for administrative/analytical support of activity preparations and evaluations.
  • SAP Administration support for Category Activation and POB.

    • PR, PO management
    • Reporting
    • Change management
  • Coupa, Mastershopper role – SME (Subject Matter Expert)
  • Annual budget tracking, gap analysis, potential identification.
  • Special projects - category activation related.



  • Communication and presentational skills
  • High school degree with relative experience
  • Pro-activity with attention to details
  • Ability to deal with ambiguity and performance under time-pressure
  • PC Skills - MS Office (very good knowledge)
  • SAP Knowledge preferred
