Customer Service & Logistics (CS&L) is where you’ll integrate our end-to-end demand-driven supply chain. Working “from farm to shelf,” you’ll connect plants with customers to deliver best-in-class service in the most efficient way. Your goal will be to have the right products, at the right time, and with the right quantity and quality on the shelf.

Purpose of the Role

"Provide daily/weekly/monthly reporting, ad-hoc reporting support, in-depth analysis, monitoring, and support for the business and technical infrastructure of Retail Sales and CS&L. Performs and/or coordinates all functions required to design, produce and install the various reporting, analytical and presentation formats required to complete the assignment or project within specific time constraints and departmental standards.

Provide analysis of and make recommendations to BIS management regarding Retail Sales, CS&L, and other business process and system changes that impact BIS data sources"

Responsibilities:

"- Provide regular and ad-hoc reporting, data analysis and support for the business and technical infrastructure of the Retail Sales Organization and CS&L. Make recommendations to leadership regarding process and system changes that impact reporting data sources. Meeting all required service level agreements and requirements from the organization.
- Work in collaboration with Mondelez Global Information Systems to monitor the report generation and data transfer process, provide options to increase efficiency and reduce system overhead, and support current in-house VB programs for job tracking and report distribution.
- Provide lead technical and business knowledge support to BIS team on all projects and/or requests.
- Promote department involvement with new systems and processes, including new initiatives, report distribution methods and reporting tools. 
- Partner with HQ and field management in analyzing informational sourcing and presentation requirements for large scale multi-dimensional assignments such as Growth Revenue Productivity, Retail Optimization Initiative, Scorecarding and other Key Performance Indicator related initiatives and cost savings proposals.
- Partner with clients and other BIS members to determine the scope of request, sources for data, analytical tools and formulas, timelines, presentation format, communication tools and other details required for projects.
- Partner with Mondelez Global Information Systems in maintaining and modifying the SQL data Transfer system and other processes for loading and maintaining data and promote department involvement with new Systems and processes, including new initiatives.
- analyzing and maintaining large volumes of data from distinct sources, including: DB2, MSSQL, MS Access, CBTs, and syndicated systems.
- Provide Reporting Team with business knowledge leadership relating to the Mondelez Sales, CSO, and Financial organization's structure, practices, and the data sources that support these processes. This includes interaction with Mondelez personnel from all levels, such as Directors, Associate Directors and Managers; IT ARPMs; BPM’s 
- Provide ongoing feedback to Performance management leadership.
- The incumbent may be called upon to help develop less senior team members by providing leadership, mentoring, and business knowledge development.
- Partner with clients and other BIS members to determine the scope of request, sources for data, analytical tools and formulas, timelines, presentation format, communication tools and other details required for projects.
- Actively engage Retail Sales and CS&L team members as well as other Mondelez personnel, including strategic management, BPM’s and IT to facilitate the development, deployment, and technical support of the various projects and applications supported by BIS. 
- Create and maintain project documentation including: timelines, status reports, issue reports, system and process requirements, critical paths, and technical code and database documentation where necessary. Present documentation to project management and peers as a part of regular progress update and issue resolution sessions.


Qualifications
Qualifications

1) 1-3 Years Reporting Experience 
2) Strong MS Office Required (Advanced Formulas, Pivot Table, VBA Programming Capabilities a Plus) 
3) SAP/SPARK Experience Preferred 
4) SQL Programming Preferred 
5) Project Management Experience Preferred 
6) College Degree 
7) Alteryx and Tableau Experience a plus
