Role : Project Manager

Purpose of the Role 

Project Manager is responsible to lead and deliver large scale IT Projects and Business transformation programs by applying the MDLZ DIAL Methedology, strong business skills and demonstrating leadership. The role is accountable to deliver projects as per the business case in collaboration with Business, ITS and Strategic Partners. 

Job Responsibility 

'• End-to-end responsibility of the project, ensuring project milestones are delivered on schedule, within budget and at the expected level of quality and business/ITS benefits
* Lead engagement of key project roles with clear accountibilities in decision making & driving desired results adopting DIAL framework
* Prepare and maintain project charter, detailed project plans, track progress and manage scope and also ensure alignment to program objectives in partnership with Business PMO & Software Integrator Project Manager
* Leads coordination with ITS functions across an entire ITS Software Development Lifecycle within framework of DIAL and Relase Methodology
* Proactively Monitor key risks & issues and facilitate resolution
* Responsible to Produce status reports, inform key stakeholders and escalate as needed
* Facilitates Steering Comitee Meetings to review project Health, Issues/risk, scope governance and drive key decisions
* Responsible for the engagement of project stakeholders in Business and ITS for the Stage Gates review
* Responsilbe to faciliate Business readiness, Change Managemnt and Adoption of new process and IT solution with Project stakeholders
* Responsible to manage Project financials and Reporting
* Manage Statement of Work of external partners and assess the compliance to agreed deliverables and performance
* Measures the Performance of the External Partners through out the Project life cycle and escalates any issus or risk to the Application Development Factory Owner
* Responsible for leading a successful project closure and hand-off to business. Drive and lead the exercise of documenting lessons learned for PM Playbook
* Responsible for project certification for DIAL Compliance in collaboration with DIAL coach
* Builds a motivated team

'• Proven track record of leading and  delivering large scale IT and Business transformation programs/projects across the Platforms (ERP and NON ERP)

• Excellent Vendor Management, Commercial and Analytical Skills

• Proven Experience in delivering projects follwoing Capability Maturity Model (CMM) and Six Sigma, ITIL
• Demonstrates strong relationship building/partnering skills and the ability to work with varying levels of individual contributors and management.
•   At least 10  years of IT project/program management experience
• Ability to develop detailed project plans for medium and large sized projects, 
• Identify and manage project issues and risks throughout the life of the project, developing action and contingency plans as appropriate
• Professional certification is beneficial, e.g., PMP, PgMP,Agile, ITIL
