Job Description
  • Act as holistic category consultant delivering actionable insight to buyer in order to drive category growth
  • Deliver analysis and conceptual selling presentation by using understanding of external environment (consumers & customers insights & trade environments) and internal environments (cross-functional colleagues, brand & sales information, company values and policy)
  • Manage category management process working with cross functional sales and marketing team to influence retailer decision to develop category according to category growth strategy
  • Provide category analyses and business review identifying opportunity and issues including recommendations to deliver growth focusing on merchandising strategy
  • Develop and implement customized plan-o-grams that link our category management strategy to customers merchandising strategies
  • Provide analytical insight using market data (Neilsen) and retailer data (EYC, Dunnhumby, etc.) to support category growth strategy by monthly report basis
  • Connect with regional team to import export best practice from other market

Qualifications
  • Possess a Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree in Business Administration or related field
  • At least 3 years of experience in Category analyst, trade marketing, or related marketing functions
  • Experienced in category management, space management, trade marketing, shopper marketing, shopper insight, key account in FMCG industry
  • Good strategic thinking and well-planned in executions
  • Strong sense of responsibility and good leadership
  • Strong creative ideas and adaptability
  • Good analytical skills
  • Ability to communicate fluently in Thai and English (read, write, speak)
  • Good computer skills in Microsoft office
  • Skills in displays, promotions and below-the-line activities development
