The ITS Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for the FP&A (including FP&A Overheads) and Commercial Finance stakeholders, serving as the key ITS liaison and partner to define the strategy for how these Finance sub-functions should operate, and the tools required to support this.
Work with FP&A and Commercial Finance stakeholders and Enterprise Architecture to develop the IT’S strategy for FP&A and Commercial Finance and translate this into actionable roadmaps
Identify opportunities to maximize leverage of systems across the MDLZ landscape to reduce costs and promote standards.
Manage the relationship with external partners who provide technical resources and services to FP&A and Commercial Finance
Ensure transparency of total cost of ownership of all FP&A and Commercial Finance applications and identify opportunities to optimize these
Drive Application Rationalization, reducing the number of FP&A and Commercial Finance applications in the overall system landscape and moving the balance away from local/regional solutions to harmonized processes on global platforms
