Research, Development & Quality
In Research, Development & Quality (RD&Q), your skills can be the special ingredient that brings our brands to life. As part of a fantastic team of scientists, engineers and nutritionists, you’ll work tirelessly on product design or development, process development, quality, nutrition, sensory and food safety aspects to ensure we deliver a consistent, delightful consumer experience. RD&Q is where you’ll turn great ideas into brilliant brands.

Your responsibilities will be:

  • Leading Productivity, Brand Maintenance & Quality Improvement projects in the field of Cream Cheese
  • Organizing sensory analysis and shelf life tests, in close collaboration with Consumer Science team
  • Close collaboration with multiple functions, such as Marketing, Procurement, Business Development, Process Change Management, and others
  • Developing prototypes based on mass balances of processes to convert raw materials into finished products
  • Planing Design of Experiments together with the Statistics Group, determining correct parameters and frame conditions
  • Preparing statistical data analysis for determination of next steps
    Organizing and executing pilot plant and plant trials, with high interaction with all the stakeholders.
  • Travelling to plants (50-70% of time) due to development and start up activities




  • University Degree in technical Sciences or Engineering
  • Experience in Project Management
  • Knowledge of dairy technology, fermentation technology, cream cheese manufacturing, processed cheese manufacturing
  • Experience in Production environment and project management
  • Proficiency in Statistical analysis & Statistical tools
  • English required and  German & Spanish language preffered
