Job Description
- Provides continuous monitoring of compliance with process parameters on production line in accordance with the requirements of existing technological instructions, specifications, center lines, requirements ISO & QCDMS
- Organizes and monitors the using of raw/packaging materials and analyses following established standards and conducts and controls the output of semi-finished production process. 
- Controls the compliance of formulas, quality records maintenance and checklists completion. 
- Creates mapping process for line in accordance with each type of product. Support equipment owners with Quality matrix, Q-points and updates it timely in accordance with changes. Controls the data entry into Quality Suite system.
- Participate in shift and line level DMS meetings and establish data collection on DMS equipment level, support with data prioritization and root cause analysis
- Support equipment owners with loss maps creation and analyze it daily of each area. Analyze line KPI’s related to raw and pack materials. 
- Defines critical process parameters, centerlines and systems to track adherence and to analyze the variation.
- Owns the CL adherence SWP for the line
- Represents the line in the FI / QM pillar and leads the FI / QM pillar’s capability building agenda for the line. 
- Support line team with defining variation in the using of raw / packaging materials, losses, investigates root causes, plans and initiates improvements and controls their timely implementation.
- Follows requirements of normative acts related to accident prevention and environmental care, labor and fire safety as well as Corporate regulations on GMP, HACCP, SS&E, ISO-9001, ISO-14001, ISO-22000, strictly adheres to Quality Policy
- Knows, understands, enforces and complies with Mondelez International Policies, Food Safety System, safety and sustainability policies. Drives behavioral change to create safety as value culture.
- Achieves annual Goals set and approved by direct manager in annual VLPD forms, PDP process

- University degree preferably in Food Technology.
- Experience in production of at least 1 year.
- Understanding  of manufacturing operations.
- Understanding of continuous improvement and lean manufacturing processes ( IL6S, statistical methods, loss analysis).
- Good knowledge of MS Office.
- Awareness  company policies,GMP, HACCP, SS & E, ISO-9001, 14001, 22000, OHSAS 18001:2007.
- Good command in English.
- Ability to analyse, and implement process changes.
- Skills in measuring methods and statistical analysis usage.
- Ability to communicate at all levels of the organization, influencing others to follow a desired course of action within complex situations
- Flexibility and ability to work as part of a team and independently
- Ability to analyze complex issues and make appropriate decision based on priority setting and success criteria.
