Compensation & Benefits (C&B)

  • Support C&B MBS (Mondelez Business Services) on C&B issues
  • Support payroll on C&B issues
  • Support of HC budgetting (link with C&B MBS, support HR Analyst with regard to budgetting file)
  • Link CLA topics and C&B topics
Support payroll
  • Folllow-up new legislation with regard to payroll and C&B topics and provide relevant info to payroll and C&B MBS
  • Tax and social audits
  • Indivdual payroll issues
  • International employment issues

Support HR Managers

  • Support HR Managers with regard to tax or social law issues
  • Support HR Managers with regard individual case

Lead - union delegation Mechelen

  • Support works councils and union delegation meetings - Mechelen, Namur and Herentals on specific topics
  • CLA negotiations (preparation of nego, ananlysis of issues, draft of CLA text, participate to nego talks to offer expertise)
  • Create and maintain social affairs network (sites)
  • Prepare AR (build excel files)

Social law

  • Follow-up of social legislation with regard to payroll and C&B topics
  • Implementation of social law in the MDLZ context (pragmatic approach)
  • Draft of legal documents (individual contract, policies, special clauses)
  • Individual termination cases


  • Manage medical insurance (link with broker, design of plans, individual issues, communication)
  • Pension insurance (link with broker, design of plans, individual issues, communication
