Customer Service & Logistics (CS&L) is where you’ll integrate our end-to-end demand-driven supply chain. Working “from farm to shelf,” you’ll connect plants with customers to deliver best-in-class service in the most efficient way. Your goal will be to have the right products, at the right time, and with the right quantity and quality on the shelf.
Allocation Team Leader
Allocation Team Leader leads the Allocation Analysts by working cross-functionally with Commercial Planning, Sales, Merchandising and Supply/Demand Planning to drive sell-through of EVD, Scale PPKs, and total Seasonal Confections to deliver against CFR and Waste metrics and leads overall process improvement.
Develop strong Analysts who can handle the work-load, pressure, and responsibilities of their role. Ensure they are getting the inputs they need to make the business flow as smoothly and efficiently as possible while maintaining integrity and ensuring the Customers are treated fairly.
Allocation Team Leader represents the Allocation team to Sales/Marketing/Planning Departments if/when a Critical Allocation or use of substitutions is being considered for the business.
Drive Allocation Best practices across North America. Potential scope of allocations to include NA Biscuit portfolio. Lead the initiative to enhance allocation system capability to drive effectiveness.
• Be the consistent, firm voice of internal ISC stakeholders with Sales leads to ensure they understand how the process works and what can/cannot be done. 25%
• Liaison with Sales to drive for better forecasting, enforce required lead times and drive to maximize sell-through of PPK business. 25%
• Participate in weekly recurring meetings with Analysts including meetings with Sales and with Product Supply, Demand Planners, Customer Supply Chain, and Commercial Planning. 25%
• Lead process improvement discussion and/or projects to improve Ways of Working. Ensure communication is open and on-going and that all issues are resolved in a timely and fair manner. 25%
