As part of Manufacturing, you’ll use your skills, our systems and a wide array of raw materials to help create the delicious finished products our consumers love. While taking ownership in your area of work, you’ll also ensure the safety of yourself and your colleagues while producing our top-quality products reliably and efficiently within our integrated supply chain.

The main purpose of Safety and Environment Manager's role is to deliver world class results in Safety and Environmental (S&E) performance for one of Mondelez Biscuits production plant. The role consists of a mix of development initiatives, operational project management and system management. Some of the main tasks are: 
  • Reduction of accidents and general reduction in level of risk in the plant
  • Assure compliance with all legislative, regulatory and corporate standards and requirements as well as providing required reports to local and national authorities
  • Manage indicators and lead progress towards reduction targets in Energy, CO2, Water and Waste
  • Lead, coach and train on S&E agenda and behaviours
  • Manage SSE system and administrate SSE documentation
  • Prepare, implement and maintain S&E procedures
  • Plan KPI and budget for energy / water consumption, tracks results and trends, gives a feedback about results and noticed threats.
  • Participate in investment process from project evaluation to final commissioning, consults and tracks projects regarding safety / environment protection.
  • Contribute to global S&E activities
  • Support and development of one direct report

Qualifications
  • Previous experience in environmental management, energy management (min. 5 years)
  • Higher education – preferable specialization: environmental engineering, energetic engineering, work safety – ergonomics
  • Knowledge of work safety, ergonomics, risk assessment, fire protection, dust explosion protection, energy saving, environment protection and work safety law regulations
  • Knowledge of energy management, KPI calculation, budget calculation and tracking
  • Certificate of internal auditor for safety / environmental / quality / management system would be an advantage
  • MS Office, SAP, Enablon 
  • Experience in project management
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Fluent Polish and very good English language (both spoken and written).
