As part of our finance team, you’ll collect and analyze intelligent information and data and use that to give everyone at Mondelēz International the power to make informed decisions.
This role is responsible to provide support to Direct Material Cost Controlling Manager Europe. Including direct material price analysis, validation of productivity projects, planning & actual tracking of direct material cost, monthly productivity reporting, tracking of rebates related to direct material supplies, liaise with product costing team and direct material buyers and also support with any other operational reporting activities requested by manager.

Main responsibilities:
  • Track actual and plan productivity data and follow-up on issues related to input quality, backup calculation files & deadlines. Maintain VOLT system (productivity tracking tool) including communication with central team on any open topics, reports creation & user support.
  • Analyze, track direct raw material cost including end to end ownership of given spend.  
  • Track volume rebates related to direct material supplies and maintain a register for further calculation of accruals.
  • Ensure consistency and integrity of all reported data (material price list files, productivity status reports, Cost bridge). PNOC can be excluded
  • Perform budgeting and planning (Annual Contract, Quarterly Forecasts) in line with requirements and schedules by data gathering, providing of reports, analysis highlighting actions to be taken as necessary and compiling of presentation for further business decisions in timely manner. 
  • Support various improvement and simplification initiatives in field of material cost management.
  • Support controlling manager with reports required to compile presentations in timely manner.


  • Degree in Economics and Finance  
  • Experience in accounting, finance, audit for min 4 - 7 years within a large international environment  
  • Part/Fully qualified ACCA desired 
  • Strong MS Office skills in particular Excel, PowerPoint, experience working with some ORACLE based tool is a big advantage
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills, proactive and resourceful in solving problems  
  • Highly organized and able to multi task, highly self-motivated and able to work remotely with minimum supervision 
  • High level of numerical and analytical skills and attention to detail 
  • Ability to work effectively and under pressure to meet deadlines in an international environment  
  • Fluent in English 
  • Strong Customer Service orientation  
  • Good team player
