Job Description
Sales in Mondelez Malaysia is a key function in driving the Company agenda to achieve Top Tier Financial Performance and the goal of becoming a Great Place to Work. A key part of achieving our objectives is winning in store at the point of buying – where the shopper makes the majority of their purchase decisions in store. Mondelez International has a strong portfolio of products that have high incremental sales when placed at the ‘hotzone’, the area within arms-reach of the shopper when they are at the checkout counter. To win with these products in store we have a set of solutions for retailers to use in their stores, one of these is the ‘Visicooler’, a cooled unit used for confectionary placement at the check-out counter. This role is focussed on ensuring that the ongoing support and maintenance of these units is managed in an efficient and effective manner to achieve high compliance in the market in this must win area of the store    

Create a strong relationship with the external maintenance management service responsible for the servicing of our Visicoolers in the marker
Drive hygiene factors with external maintenance management service to ensure maintenance calls are dealt with on time, in full after requests are made
Work closely with the sales team in the market to resolve key maintenance issues as and when they arise
Create monthly reports to track the maintenance achievement vs Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Go into trade in order to understand key barriers and issues to improving maintenance levels and the associated processes to achieve these improvements

Open to all 2nd or penultimate year students who are currently enrolled in a degree program
Proficient in English (Written and Spoken)
Proficient in using Microsoft Office (eg: Word, Excel or Powerpoint)
Able to prioritize multiple competing priorities and deadlines
