Customer Service & Logistics (CS&L) is where you’ll integrate our end-to-end demand-driven supply chain. Working “from farm to shelf,” you’ll connect plants with customers to deliver best-in-class service in the most efficient way. Your goal will be to have the right products, at the right time, and with the right quantity and quality on the shelf.

Purpose of Role 
 
The Supply Hub Process & Support Manager – Will lead and drive Supply Planning transformation change plans for the Category and ensure that people understand expectations for the future and have the knowledge and capabilities needed to be successful. 

 
Main Responsibilities 
 
  • Own and drive the Category Continues Improvement and collaboration culture, identifying ad delivering new opportunities to improve on targets. 
  • Develop analytics KPIs (Customer Service, DIFC, DBNR,…) and reporting that support continuous improvement of Supply Planning and Inventory Management
  • People efficiency (training & development) 
  • Building supply planner capability to effectively operate new processes
  • Provide category leadership for APO SNP and PPDS system change management
  • Monitor process, systems and people capability performance through metrics and controls to sustain performance, hit targets and benefits are realized by supporting Supply Planning DMS
  • Create dashboard and reporting tolls to track KPIs on a continuous basis
  • Monitor effectiveness of inventory initiatives that are established to achieve inventory reduction targets without jeopardizing the customer service and order fill target of 98,5%
  • Provide sustainability support to the organizational and process changes 
  • Monitor via key users and User issues and tickets and escalate to appropriate ITS or Process Expert at appropriate. 
 

Qualifications

Requirements: 

 

8-10 years of work experience

6-8 years of Supply Chain planning experience

4-6 years of CPG experience preferred

4+ years of combined SAP APO and SAP ECC functional and technical expertise - specifically, OTC and PP experience in ECC

Bachelor's degree requried, Master's degree preferred
