Customer Service & Logistics (CS&L) is where you’ll integrate our end-to-end demand-driven supply chain. Working “from farm to shelf,” you’ll connect plants with customers to deliver best-in-class service in the most efficient way. Your goal will be to have the right products, at the right time, and with the right quantity and quality on the shelf.

Purpose of Role 
The Inventory Management Lead role leads the inventory governance process, and provides analysis and guidance to the associated improvement areas for improving inventory performance to achieve the cash, cost and service objectives. 

Main Responsibilities 
Leads and manages the NA inventory governance process working with Regional category leaders, Finance, Supply Change and Procurement leaders facilitating identification of improvement opportunities to drive best in class cash results. 
  • Collaborates with Global CS&L community and other Regions to bring and adapt inventory drivers to improve business results.
  • Drives continuous improvement for inventory management, processes and tools across the region, by reviewing current processes, ways of working, gaps and tools, to improve and sustain better metrics such as Days Forward Cover, Inventory Quality Ratio etc. 
  • Collaborates with Finance, Supply Planning, Materials Planning, Procurement and Modelling experts to ensure the optimal balance between service and inventory policies is maintained in order to achieve targets.
  • Supports the development of the inventory targets for the annual contract, by having an inventory driver perspective of the required inventories to achieve the plan, track performance and adjustments (if any) to glide paths.

Role Requirements
8-10 years of work experience
6-8 years of Supply Chain planning experience
4-6 years of CPG experience preferred
Bachelor's degree requried, Master's degree preferred
