Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Lead DMS from HSE function and resolve critical HSE issues on production floor.
  • Conduct HSE trainings of shop floor team members to improve their score on skill matrix
  • Lead incident investigations and risk assessments for sites
  • Support IL6S HSE pillar by leading SWP and ensuring continuous progress in the pillar expansion
  • Ensure timely monthly reporting in Enablon for HSE KPI
  • Conduct Internal audits/HSE self assssents as per MDLZ HSE standards and make CAPA for improving compliance
  • Analysis of HSE KPIs to drive focused improvement actions
  • Ensure compliance & proper implementation of MDLZ HSE Standards
  • Lead internal ISO / OHSAS audits for site and make them ready for external audits
  • Lead HSE CAPEX projects to deliver improvements in Safety & environment
  • Liason with engineering and procurement for the execution of HSE projects
  • Track corrective and preventive actions coming out of HSE investigations. 

(a)Knowledge: including education, qualifications and training
  • Higher education; Masters 
  • Good understanding of category specific technology, especially the direct-related process/lines
  • MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook);
  • Process Safety Knowledge (PSI, HAZOP etc)
  • Presentation, Planning and Strong Analytical Skills
  • 3 years Integrated SC experience in an FMCG environment;
  • NEBOSH certified

(b)Skills/Leadership Competencies
  • Must have proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, Power point).

2.Must have excellent technical, analytical and computer skills.
3.Understanding of ISO14001, OHSAS18001
  • Ability to work independently and problem solve
  • Interpersonal savvy – able to adapt personal style to work in international environment
  • Good presentation and influencing skills
  • Must have proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, Power point).
  • Strong written and verbal communications capabilities.
  • Technical acumen as related to our products is a plus
  • Basic ERP/SAP skills
  • Very good people manager and coach. Excellent Team Player

  • Demonstrate experiences of practical application of HSE systems ISO14001 / OHSAS18001
  • Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in implementation of HSE systems ISO14001 OHSAS18001 or Support functions in a progressive & dynamic industry, ideally with FMCG exposure.
