Mondelez International is looking for: Senior Analyst Customer Collaboration


Provide Customer Service-Distributor development.


• Analyze and coordinate the restocking of merchandise to Distributors in several areas of the country, based on collaborative work (CMI), developing and strengthening the relationship with the commercial team.
• Ensure stock levels and customer breakdowns according to target agreed.
• Identify and implement projects to improve refueling and deliveries, reducing costs.
• Track customer orders from receipt to delivery.
• Daily contact with different areas of the organization: Customers, Sales, Credits, Customer Service, Planning and Logistics.

Academic Knowledge

• Graduate in Business Administration or Engineering.
