The Change Manager, Mondelēz Business Services (MBS) is accountable for leading the change and communication workstream for the implementation of a new global Master Data Management (MDM) SAP system within Mondelez Business Services (MBS) - the Shared Services organization of MDLZ. The MBS Change Manager is part of a broader project team and is responsible for delivering the expected change & communication outcomes for each project phase. This includes utilizing the MBS change & communication playbook and MDLZ change management framework to define, design and execute project change & communication plans to ensure the successful implementation and adoption of the global MDM SAP system.

 

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Help define and design the strategic change and communication interventions that enable successful implementation and adoption of a global Master Data Management SAP system, used across all 4 geographies and multiple functions.
  • Assess organizational impacts & identify and delivering adequate interventions to support the behavioral shifts required for all system users, people managers and employees in the new way of working.
  • Create engagement & communication plans, draft key messages and materials associated with the project in partnership with the project team, Corporate & Government Affairs, Human Resources and applicable subject matter experts.
  • Identify training needs, define training approach & deliver training programs to help end-users, people managers and employees learn new system and adhere to new ways of working leveraging Mondelez International University (MIU).
  • Use change management tools to measure and monitor the ongoing effectiveness of change interventions through qualitative and quantitative measures and adjust approach to ensure change adoption and sustainability of new ways of working.
  • Partner and collaborate with key global and region stakeholders to integrate plans, ensure cohesive and consistent application and continuous improvements of the change approach.
  • Provide support to build individual and organization change capability amongst project teams and key stakeholders within area of scope (in alignment with the overall MBS change strategy) and influence change capability through ongoing partnership and active coaching.
  • Help build a culture focused on excellence end user experience, trust and continuous improvement/mutual learning.
  • Help lead global MBS change & communication activities and actively participate as a member and thought leader within the global MDLZ change community.



Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree is required
  • 5 or more years of experience leading and managing change and communication
  • 5 or more years of experience in Human Resources in a multinational corporation is strongly preferred
  • 2 or more years of experience in training / instructional design
  • Previous experience managing and influencing senior executive stakeholders
  • Knowledge, experience and exposure to best practices in change management required 
  • Experience or direct exposure to best practice HR Business Leadership
  • Experience in dealing with and exposure to senior management on global and regional level is required
  • Large system implementation experience would be preferred
