The TA team is part of the HR Center of Excellence and works with Business leaders, hiring managers & HR to identify, source , attract and deliver the right talent to the organization in a timely manner in addition they have a consultative approach to addressing different business needs to ensure that MDLZ HR & rewards policies are followed.


The TA Manager for North Africa is required to do the above and manage all resourcing for all North African roles, MEA roles based in North Africa, Morocco & Algeria; reporting to TA Lead Africa.

 
Main responsibilities:
  • Owns End to End recruitment for the assigned markets for the white collar population – permanent hires –
  • Partnering with the business & hiring managers to fully understand the talent agenda implications in function/ sub function
  • Partnering with the hiring managers to fully understand the requirements – intake meeting
  • Sourcing and attracting the best possible talent (both internally and externally) using all relevant sourcing channels & using them cost-effectively, in line with the employer value proposition (EVP), ensuring we have access to and connections with the best possible talent available in our industry and elsewhere.
  • Prescreening all viable candidates & sharing briefing with manager
  • Assessing and selecting the best possible talent (both internally and externally). The assessment and selection procedure must be reflective of our EVP and add rigor and professionalism to the Talent Acquisition process
  • Ensure that after interviews briefing takes place with the manager, reference check is completed and offer is prepared & communicated
  • Provide hiring managers with the required trainings on various assessment tools (i.e CBI)
  • Flawless candidate management (internal and external) so all candidates have superb candidate experience and see MDLZ as a great place to work – ensure continuous feedback throughout the process
  • Completely leading E2E for the roles in his/her domain
  • Data Management
  • Ensuring all Talent sourcing & recruiting activity is accurately tracked in Taleo and any other tracking tools as required
  • Work with wider HR Solutions team to ensure service level agreements and key performance indicators on Resourcing related activity (job postings, interview logistics, etc)  are maintained
  • Constantly looking for process improvement opportunities and new innovative approaches to any aspect of Resourcing
  • Market Reports, Mapping & ensuring bench strength
  • Proactively mapping critical roles & ensuring we have external pipeline in place
  • Reporting market practices, challenges & opportunities as needed to the business stakeholders
  • Consulting business leaders on best market practices
  • Relationships
  • Building and maintaining great relationships with HR business stakeholders and external/internal partners to ensure Mondelēz International has best possible reach to the external/internal talent market place.
  • Building relationships with internal functional stakeholders to best support movement of internal talent to meet business agenda.
  • Seamless communication between all departments of the HR function (HR Business Partners, Compensation and Benefits, HR Coordination, Talent and Organizational Effectiveness etc) with the aim of being one HR team.
  • Involvement in all Talent Acquisition related projects ( when and if necessary according to business need and available resource )
  •  Employer Branding
  • Responsible for employer branding activities across North Africa
  • Implementing Business Strategy
  • Be aware of KPIs and strategy of the respective departments he/she are recruiting for and the total company in order to attract the right talent & represent the business properly to the external world

Qualifications
  • Minimum 8  years of experience in Human Resources with a focus on recruitment of at least 3 years
  • Previous HR experience in a generalist or center of excellence role is required
  • Previous in-house Talent Acquisition experience gained in a complex international corporate environment is preferred
  • Experience in dealing with multiple and challenging stakeholders
  • Excellent relationship management skills are required
